Rich Assenza Named Builder of the Year
Rich Assenza of Assenza builders was named Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Northwest Connecticut. The award was presented to Rich Assenza by Larry Fiano, former president of HBAOC at the LCBOR Legislative Night On January 28, 2008. The Home Builders Association of Northwest Connecticut is one of 5 local home builder associations in Connecticut. Winners from each of the five local associations (the others being Hartford, New Haven, Fairfield and Eastern Connecticut) will be honored at a dinner to be held on April 22, 2008 at the Aqua Turf Country Club in Southington.
Assenza Builders had received a HOBI award in the fall for a home they had built in Goshen. The Builder of the Year award is an overall award, recognizing the winner for their professionalism, service to the industry and their homes.
